Full Journal pdf2000-04-21 House Journal Page 3426 HB 121 Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 3401) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 121(L&C) am "An Act relating to patients' rights under a health care insurance plan or contract providing coverage for dental care, and prohibiting certain practices by health care insurers relating to dental care." 2000-04-21 House Journal Page 3427 HB 121 and CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 121(L&C) am S (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Green moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 121(L&C) am, thus adopting CSHB 121(L&C) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 121(L&C) am?"
